Ahh, the story of Justin Quick…
The first business I ever owned was a tarp-repairing service, started when I was 15 years old. Being way too labor intensive for me, I hired two of my friends and made them do the physical work. (Smart, eh?) All I had to do was pay them a percentage of what I got; in exchange, I never really lifted a finger.
From there, it’s been a wild ride. A ride I might tell you about one day, but not now.
My first year of college in Charlotte, NC…I stumbled into the university library and found a copy of Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad, Poor Dad. Cliche as it may be, that book changed my life because it changed the way I thought.
Before that book, it made sense to me that I could conquer the business world with no sales skills. I figured a good knowledge of Finance or Operations would be enough. I’m glad I realized I was wrong, or fate could have led me to the condition it leads most people to: Broke.
Once I realized the ability to sell was the most crucial of all skills, I studied it like a monk!
I was devout.
I read everything I could get my hands on. I studied copywriting, psychology, sales, marketing, direct marketing, persuasion, influence, and some other…secret stuff…I won’t share with you here.
But it’s created a unique mind. Certainly one that gets often unbelievable results for his clients.
Currently, I enjoy my days and nights scribbling out hard-pulling sales copy and strategically plotting the marketing efforts of clients who want to increase sales and profits in their business.
I’m happy you found my blog and know you’ll find a plethora of strategies, tactics, and formulas you can use to boost your profits and personal wealth. Take your time, consume it slowly…it’s not going anywhere.
Drop me a line sometime,
